Rentals are available for a minimum of one week, and a maximum of one month. Daily rentals are available for local rentals only.
Rental Fees:
Rental fees are calculated based on the retail value of the clothing, and are subject to change depending on the specific clothing item, the length of the rental period, and the terms of the agreement. Rental fees are due at the time of rental and must be paid in full prior to the release of the clothing.
Care and Maintenance:
Members are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of all rented clothing, and must return the clothing in the same condition it was received. Any damages or lost items will be charged to the member. Members are responsible for the cleaning of the rented clothing, and must not attempt to make any alterations or modifications without the express written consent of Sivad Ade.
Late Returns:
Members who return rented clothing after the agreed upon rental period will be subject to additional fees. Fees will be charged on a daily or weekly basis, depending on the specific terms of the agreement.
Cancellations:
Members who wish to cancel a rental must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled rental period. Members who cancel a rental less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental period will be charged a cancellation fee.
Availability:
Sivad Ade makes every effort to maintain availability of all rented clothing items. However, due to the nature of the business, availability cannot be guaranteed. Sivad Ade reserves the right to substitute rental items with similar items of equal or greater value.
